Provision of Digital Content:
No shipping costs are charged for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be made available to you via a link provided by e-mail as well as in your customer account. The email with the access details for the delivery of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after completion of the order.
Delivery:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany (after completion of the production time) takes 1–3 days, and outside Germany takes 2–6 days after conclusion of the contract. The production time varies depending on the selected transfer method and is specified on the respective product page.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
