DTF Transfers WITH MAXIMUM OPACITY

UltraColor® MAX DTF transfers allow you to take on a wide variety of jobs and transfer vibrant, complex designs with impressive color brilliance and razor-sharp details onto a wide range of textiles. Thanks to high opacity, color gradients can be rendered vividly and free of white outlines and color noise. UltraColor® MAX is available in 10 formats and offers cost efficiency, especially for large designs in short runs or with many small logos, as you can make optimum use of an entire sheet.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR design

Your design should have a
minimum line thickness of 0.3 mm.

An image file must be created on a transparent background, otherwise your motif will be printed with a white background. The image file can also be cropped using a clipping mask.

  • Vector graphics (.eps & .pdf)
  • Fonts converted to paths
  • Photo files (.jpg, .png & .tiff)
  • 300 dpi / Original size
  • Colors created in CMYK
  • In DIN formats, the file must be created upright

HOW YOUR ULTRACOLOR® MAX TRANSFER IS MADE

A DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is printed with a special printer using the CMYK process. The design is printed onto a transfer film, whereby the color layers and then a white background are applied first. A powder adhesive is then sprinkled onto the white ink and fixed with heat. The finished transfer is then supplied as a sheet or running meter and only needs to be pressed on with a transfer press.
