The hybrid transfer of digital and screen printing combines the advantages of both printing processes and also offers a sublimation stopper for sublimation-dyed polyester. It is the most lucrative transfer for many colors, high quantities and especially large motifs. UltraColor® is available in 8 sizes.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR GRAPHICS

Please note that the Sublistop backing must be printed with an inward offset. This means that finer line widths smaller than 1 mm cannot be backed with Sublistop.

An image file must be created on a transparent background, otherwise your motif will be printed with a white background. The image file can also be cropped using a clipping mask.

  • In DIN formats, the file must be created upright.

THIS IS HOW YOUR ULTRACOLOR® SUBLISTOP TRANSFER IS CREATED

The best of two worlds: Digital and screen printing. Perfectly coordinated thanks to the latest technology.

To produce your multicolored motif as a transfer, we use our modern digital printing. Your design is printed onto the transparent carrier film using 4C printing (cyan, magenta, yellow and black - CMYK). To make your motif shine, we add a white backing afterwards using screen printing. This is followed by a layer of Sublistop and adhesive to seal everything together. Sublistop is absolutely essential for sublimation-dyed polyester, such as functional clothing, as otherwise the textile will discolor the transfer.
