WATER-BASED HYBRID TRANSFERS FOR TEXTILES

The printing solution for multi-colored motifs and photorealistic images with water-based ink. The hybrid transfer of digital and screen printing combines the advantages of both printing processes. It is the most lucrative transfer for many colors, large quantities and especially large motifs.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR GRAPHICS

Your design should have a
minimum line thickness of 0,4 mm.

An image file must be created on a transparent background, otherwise your design will be printed with a white background. The image file can also be cropped using a clipping mask.

  • Vector graphics (.eps & .pdf)
  • Fonts converted to paths
  • Photo files (.jpg, .png & .tiff)
  • 300 dpi / original size
  • Colors created in CMYK
  • In DIN formats, the file must be created upright.

THIS IS HOW YOUR ULTRACOLOR® PRO TRANSFER IS CREATED

The best of both worlds: Digital and screen printing. Perfectly coordinated thanks to the latest technology.

To produce your multicolored motif as a transfer, we use our modern digital printing. Your design is printed onto the transparent carrier using 4C printing (cyan, magenta, yellow and black - CMYK). To make your motif shine, we add a white backing afterwards using screen printing. This is followed by adhesive and, if desired, a layer of sublimation blocker. This is necessary for sublimation-dyed polyester, such as functional clothing.
