Information: For non-sublimation-dyed polyester fabrics, it is best to choose InkTra® or Universal Transfer Plus.
Attention: When using bright Pantone® or neon colors on dark textiles, your design must be backed with white to achieve the desired luminosity of the colors. Your design should therefore contain an extra layer in white.

PLASTISOL-TRANSFER WITH SUBLISTOP

InkTra® is the ideal screen printed transfer for high order quantities and 1 to 5 colors. Thanks to the transparent film carrier, the plastisol transfer is easy to position. The transfer is available in 8 sizes and is printed according to Pantone® Coated. InkTra® Sublistop is ideal for sublimation-dyed clothing, such as sportswear.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR GRAPHICS

Your design should have a minimum line thickness of 1 mm. Please note that the Sublistop backing must be printed with an offset to the inside. This means that finer line widths cannot be deposited with Sublistop.

  • Vector graphics (.eps & .pdf)
  • Fonts converted to paths
  • File created in original size
  • In DIN formats, the file must be created upright.

THIS IS HOW YOUR INKTRA® SUBLISTOP TRANSFER IS CREATED

We produce your motif quickly and effectively on our screen printing line in the design you require. Each plastisol color is printed individually one after the other on a transparent carrier. The colors are printed according to Pantone® Coated and are characterized by high color brilliance.

For sublimation-dyed polyester, a sublimation top is added as the final layer. This is because the sublimation ink is reactivated by heat and can run into the print. A pure white logo on a red shirt then tends to turn pink - a sublimation top prevents this.

You will receive your motif on a foil carrier. Then all you have to do is transfer it to your textile using a heat press. The foil carrier is a great advantage here as it is transparent and allows for easy placement.
